Question for thought Earthquake in Japan

Today there was a massive earthquake that was said to be a 8.9 which is huge. Looking at the video and images of what happened was astounding. It is estimated that at least a million have been effected. The earthquake was so devastating that it has had effects on people in russia. It always makes me sad when I have to watch videos of people suffering so much and to know that everything they had is destroyed.  Although this is not directly effecting the US, i'm interested in knowing how this will effect their health care system and how they will bring people in and who will be saved? what will determine at this point whose time is more valuable??

Heres a video showing how catastrophic this tsunami was in the video if you look closely you can see a boat in the middle of the storm. It looks surreal and almost as if you would see something like this in a movie. Its is truly devastating thinking of how much damage this tsunami has caused.

It is reported that after this disaster there might be nuclear waste that has much wider effects.

Self - assessment

In my blog I have tried to blend new media and show more about my social cause. I think that my blog could use a little improvement and maybe a more detailed discussion about my point of views. I haven't introduced a lot about my prospective. I feel like this problem should always be discussed and hopefully I am informing people about the the faults of the health care system. I feel as if new media is the new wave of of technology that will really make people understand what is truly going on with the health care system. My strengths are that I have grown up in the health care system and I can bring a lot to this blog but I feel my weakness is that i should use more facts in my blog.

Pros and cons of health care reform

This comes from the man himself he gives a synopsis of the pros and cons of the health care reform. It is important to always go to the source when trying to figure out what is really going to happen in the health care system. It makes me so mad when someone will talk about how they know so much about a topic but have never researched they just simply rely on their friends prospectives of a certain situation.
